
Booking Policies
Please review our booking policies carefully. All bookings need to confirm the following:
Please read carefully
Deposit
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your appointment. Once your session is discussed in detail, we will send you a link to make your deposit along with the amount to be deposited. We accept cash, Venmo, Zelle, and Paypal
Balance payment
The balance of your payment is due on the day of your session, before your session begins. We accept cash, Venmo, Zelle, and Paypal.
travel
All sessions that require NFX to travel to your location of choice will be subject to a travel fee. This fee will be discussed prior to finalizing your booking. Travel fees are calculated by distance as well as difficulty of access.
parking
Sessions booked at NFX's Home Studio have access to free street parking. If asked to travel to your location of choice, NFX must be provided with "easy access" parking at your expense.
late arrival
All sessions are bound to a timeslot based on the service requested. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, NFX reserves the right to either cancel your appointment or extend your timeslot for an additional fee, based on availability..
cancellation
Cancelled appointments automatically forfeit their deposits.
refunds
All deposits are non-refundable regardless of whether you change your session date or cancel your appointment. The balance of your payment, however, can be refunded at the end of your session. We do our best to ensure that you love the way you look, but if we don't meet your expectations, we will refund your balance payment, so long as you wipe off the makeup applied by NFX before the refund is issued. After all you can't have your cake and eat it too!
pre-arrival
Please do not apply any product to your face prior to arrival on the day of your session. An additional fee will apply if we need to clean your face prior to applying your makeup.
offsite power
In the event that NFX travels to your location, we will bring our own tables and chairs. All we ask is that you provide a 120 volt power source for our lighting needs.
allergies
We do our best to ask our clients if they have any known allergies, however, we ask that you also notify us before confirming your booking to ensure we have the appropriate products for your needs.
tipping
Any additional gratuity is appreciated, but not expected.
